- In order to streamline support requests, keep track and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

- Phone Service is degraded and we will be rebooting the PBX
- We just upgraded the PBX Firmware and are monitoring the results (11:57am)
Tickets can be used to request technical support, submit a new sales inquiry or submit feedback.
Please create a separate ticket for each individual item. In other words, instead of making a ticket with a list of different issues, please create 1 ticket per issue.
